environments, not just for the young people we serve, but for the professionals who support them. Our CPD and training offer is rooted in practical expertise and informed by lived experience in both mainstream and alternative settings.
NEW: Beyond the Mask – Trauma-Informed Training That Transforms Practice
Our flagship CPD programme, Beyond the Mask, explores how early adversity, trauma, and unmet need shape behaviour — and how inclusive, relational practice can unlock potential. This training challenges the idea that high standards and compassionate practice are opposites. We show how you can hold boundaries and build belonging.
